主要功能
WinRHIZO 是一套用于洗根后的分析根系的多功能軟件系統(tǒng),可以分析根系長度、直徑、面積、體積、根尖記數(shù)等,功能強大,操作簡單,廣泛運用于根系形態(tài)和構(gòu)造研究。
儀器內(nèi)置專門的雙光源照明系統(tǒng),有效的去除了陰影和不均勻現(xiàn)象的影響,從而提供高分辨率的彩色圖像和黑白圖像,讀取TIFF,JPEG 標準格式的圖像。并采用非統(tǒng)計學方法測量計算出交叉重疊部分根系長度等參量,大大提高了分析結(jié)果的準確性。同時,Pro版軟件還可以進行更加復雜的根系顏色分析、連接分析、拓撲分析和分級伸展分析。

擬南芥版除具備專業(yè)版的所有功能外,還具備如下功能:
· 對未接觸到一起的幼苗、根系或其他樣品,獨立進行分區(qū)并分析;除了對圖像中的總樣品進行統(tǒng)計分析外,對每個獨立的樣品亦可進行統(tǒng)計分析
· 可根據(jù)圖像類型,將樣品邊界框的長度和寬度轉(zhuǎn)換成植物的高度和寬度或葉片的長度和寬度
· 對圖像中每個獨立的物體自動進行面積計算(如果不事先對圖像進行編輯,則重疊部分不計算,接觸到的物體算一個)

系統(tǒng)由以下兩部分組成:
圖像撲捉系統(tǒng):經(jīng)過廠家調(diào)試的標準根系掃描設(shè)備,匹配專門的光源,根系固定裝置等。
· STD4800:掃描面積 22×30 cm,投影面積 20×25 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm
· LA2400:超大掃描面積 31x44 cm,投影面積 31x42 cm,分辨率 2400 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.011 mm
